Terrain Run 46:33 [4]

Up and down Cochno Hill getting steadily dropped by Thomas, Lucia, Emma and Alice on a warm and sunny early evening 26:52 (up) + 19:40 (down) = 46:33.

Cycling 46:47 [4]

Usual loop up through the Khyber Pass and back through Mugdock and Milngavie at reasonable speed as the light started to fade in 46:47.

Not-the-CLYDE-terrain-run with Dave, Ty and Iain around The Whangie, including crawling under a locked gate and climbing up to the telephone mast along a track I'd never been on before. Hot and sweaty work, but a good workout for my tired legs.

Bearsden -> Milngavie -> Torrence -> Lennoxtown -> Strathblane (along the road) -> Mugdock -> Bearsden loop in about 90 mins (I forgot to start my watch) blighted only by an oily mechanical issue near the Hole-in-the-Wall carpark.
