Up Cochno Hill and down to the resevoir on the other side (39:10) and back (33:36) with Rachel and sort of with Alice. Felt terrible all the way, with stiff and heavy legs, but it was a great morning (sunny, light wind) to be out on the hills. Serious exercise for the day done for the day by 11 am.

356 Trig anticlockwise on a warm and sunny late afternoon with wet conditions underfoot after the recent rain. Dave's car was parked behind me when I finished, so he must have been doing a similar run!

Bearsden to Clydebank to West End to Maryhill to Bearsden loop in 68:23, the slowest yet despite a shinny new cycle lane up Great Western Road from Clydeback to Anniesland.

Not-the-CLYDE-hill-run from Glengoyne Distillery up towards Earl's Seat then back via Dungoyne in (warm) rain and mist with Dave, Ty and Alice, plus Emma and Lindsey (who did an alternative run) in 71:40.

Bike back from the bike hospital - horray! Up Stockiemuir Road to Carbeth then through Strathblane and up Old Mugdock Road to Mugdock Village before heading through Baldernock to the Dobbies Roundabout and home through Milngavie in 79:45.
