Terrain Run 56:58 [3]

356 Trig look anticlockwise with Alice at reasonable pace with just a few drops of rain at the top and returning via a track across the field beyond the bunker I'd not been on before.

Hill Walk 3:00:00 [3]

Strathblane to top of Dumgoyne and back with R, E and A on a surprisingly nice afternoon after a damp morning. Very steep up and down, and very windy at the top!

Mixed Terrain Run 46:27 [3]

What has become a standard #lockdown loop from home to the top of Baljaffrey Woods and back via The Wedge (avoiding a large and non-socially-distancing group of youths partying in the middle of the woods) at reasonable pace in 46:27.

Terrain Run 1:51:13 [4]

Long family terrain run in the Kilpatricks with T, E and A on a slightly damp and misty Wednesday morning. Parked at the (newly reopened?) carpark in Old Kilpatrick then straight to the field to the top of The Slacks (diverting round a large herd of cattle) in 34:19, then to Duncolm in another 32:10 before returning via Greenside Reservoir and another diversion around the cattle before finishing straight down the field in another 44:45, for a total time of 1:51:13. Thomas did a bonus ascent of The Slacks too. Suddenly very tired on the drag up to Duncolm (where I haven't been for years) and the way back was a slog. Tired and thirsty afterwards, but an excellent work out.

Cycling 48:29 [3]

Brisk cycle to to Mugdock Visitors' Centre via the Khyber Pass and back via Milngavie to clear my head and stretch my legs after a long day staring at my computer screen. Managed to set off the speed trap (28 mph again!). (Must have picked up a puncture as my back tyre was flat the next day, necessitating socially-distanced a trip to the bike shop.)
