Steady anti-clockwise loop of the 356 Trig on a much cooler Sunday early evening. Very quiet on the hill: didn't see anyone from start to finish! Still very dry underfoot - I didn't even get my feet wet!
Strength and Conditioning with R by Zoom ... surprisingly tough and sweaty in parts.

Mixed Terrain Run1:01:56 [3] (injured)
From home, up thorough Bajfaffray Woods, anti-clockwise round the golf course, back down through the Woods, and back home via the Baljaffray shops on a warm and sunny evening. Both knees a bit tender during (but not afterwards).
Home to Milngavie the along the back roads to Torrence before turning towards Bishopbriggs then returning home via the (closed) Leisuredrome, the (closed) Mavis Valley tip and Dobbies roundabout on a sunny late afternoon/early evening in 72:12. Plenty of cars on the roads and more than usual groups of people walking around.
Gentle cycle from home to the (closed) Queen's View carpark (mostly uphill).
Terrain Run48:39 [3]
Steady loop of an entirely deserted and very dry underfoot Whangie on a sunny late afternoon. Never seen the Whangie so empty during daylight (with some of the paths even starting to look a little overgrown in places) or so dry underfoot.
Briskly up Cochno Hill with Alice (= an easy run for her?) on a gloriously sunny Tuesday morning with very dry conditions underfoot. Several groups of socially distancing walkers out on the hill, lots of evidence of the recent fire higher up, and several discarded glass bottles to collect and recycle on the way back down. Good to get out into the sunshine after long hours gazing at my laptop screen in the last few days.
