Cycling 1:30:00 [4]

Brisk-as-I-could-manage long (for me) cycle ride from Bearsden to Milngavie to Torrence to Lennoxtown to Strathblane (along the cycle path) to Mugdock (up Old Mugdock Road) to Milngavie to Bearsden on a very pleasant sunny Sunday evening in 90:00 (exactly!). Very quiet, even on the cycle path.

Cycling 14:02 [3]

Cycle from home to the foot of the 356 Trig along the main road.

Terrain Run 56:53 [4]

Anti-clockwise loop of the 356 Trig on a gloriously summy Saturday morning in 56:53. Lots of new felling on the far side of the loch without a name. Very quiet on the hill - only saw one pair of walkers at the trig point. First proper hill run for some time.

Cycling 22:46 [3]

Back home along The Loan, Milngavie Golf Course and the Craigdu Wedge. Lots of people out enjoying the sunshine.

Cycling 1:05:52 [4]

Brisk cycle from home to Hardgate then along Great Western Road all the way through a surprisingly busy West End to St George's Cross before heading back to Bearsden via Maryhill Road and Canniesburn Toll on a sunny late afternoon.

Mixed Terrain Run 54:12 [3]

From home to the top of Baljaffrey Woods then anti-clockwise round the edge of the golf course before heading back down Ledi Drive and back home over the hill behind Bailie Drive and North Grange Road in a pleasant evening in 54:12.

Cycling 1:04:09 [3]

Brisk cycle from home up Stockiemuir Road then through the Khyber Pass past the (closed) Mugdock Visitors' Center and down into Milngavie. Then out to Dobbies Roundabout and back home along Boclair Road (not something I would risk in normal traffic conditions!). A lovely sunny evening.

Mixed Terrain Run 59:31 [3]

From home up to the top of Baljaffrey Woods then returning round the top of the Mains Estate and the Craigdu Wedge on a sunny evening. Very quiet, especially in the woods (where I saw no-one). Very dry underfoot in the woods.
