Road Race race 48:09 [5] 10.0 km (4:49 / km)

Down the River Race 10 K in Cambuslang on a wet and windy Sunday morning. Flooding meant a revised course with three short loops of the river and industrial estate in 8:17, 8:47 and 8:55 then out and back along the river (with an unexpected water jump feature) in 22:10 for 48:09 (unofficial). A good workout.

Road Run 5:00 [1]

Brief warm up before the race.

Road Race race 23:36 [5] 5.0 km (4:43 / km)

Levengrove parkrun #12 in 23:36 (a Levengrove PB and 1st in age catagory) on a very pleasant cool but sunny morning with a good CLYDE turnout (Dave, Kirsten, Andy P). A nice bacon and egg roll in the cafe afterwards too!

Note
(rest day)

Much needed rest day.

Terrain Run 58:36 [4]

CLYDE Terrain Run failing to keep up with Dave, Ian, Ty and Alice. 356 Trig anti-clockwise returning via the bunker on a cold and clear evening with slushy snow and very wet ground underfoot. Hard going with heavy legs. Time for a rest day, I think!
