Road Race race 48:11 [5] 10.0 km (4:49 / km)

Solid effort on a damp and slightly chilly afternoon round the Linlithgow 10 K in 48:11. I'd forgotten how hilly the course is, and there were big puddles on the second half, but I was still slightly disappointed with the time. However, I did go to work both beforehand and afterwards, and so I certainly wasn't 100% focused on the race.

Steady round Linwood parkrun #165 in 25:27 trying not to try.

Terrain Run 55:14 [4]

CLYDE Terrain Run, reasonably brisk anticlockwise loop of the 356 Trig with Dave, Alice and Ceri on a cool and damp evening with spitting rain in 55:14.

Long day at work (8:30 am to 10:00 pm), so no time to run.

Interval Session intervals 49:25 [5]

Garscube intervals at track. 1 x 1600 m (7:03), 5 x 400 m in between 1:39 and 1:27 (the fastest one when leading), 1 x 1600 m (7:02). A good workout, and much more in the thick of the action than last week.
