Slow jog to Mugdock Clobber Road carpark.

Terrain Run 5:29 [3]

Change from road to orienteering shoes, then slow jog to the start of the orienteering. Unexpectedly met Dave (cycling) on the way to the start and then, even more unexpectedly, while we were talking Mirjam (running) appeared!

Orienteering 42:40 [3]

Windows exercise planned by Rachel in the best part of Mugdock Country Park. Slow and tried. Mostly sunny, but with an unexpected shower at the end.

Orienteering 15:18 [3]

Back out into the terrain to collect the mis-placed tape for control number 6.

Springburn parkrun #234 in 22:42. Hard effort on a blustery morning. Alice (first woman in 21:24) gradually moving into the distance in front of me.

Garscube Strength and Conditioning. Warm up, 2 x circuits with 50 seconds per station, warm down.

Interval Session intervals 55:42 [5]

Garscube Intervals at Todd Campus on a cool evening. Warm up, 4 x 1200 in between 5:31 (first) and 5:13 (last), warm down. Session 55:42.
