Terrain Run 1:33:57 [4]

Queen's View to the bottom of the 356 Trig in 93:57 (via Auchineden Hill, the water works, Auchineden Spout (ripping my tights and cutting my leg on a loose strand of rusty barbed wire in the process), the cairn, the 356 trig, and descending via the field) with Alice on a chilly day with thick mist in the valleys but bright sunshine higher up. Looking down on splendid cloud inversions over Loch Lomond and Glasgow from the tops.

Trail Race race 24:49 [5] 5.0 km (4:58 / km)

Drumchapel parkrun #127 in 24:49 (just outside Drunchapel PB). Steady effort on a damp but mild morning. Overtaken by Alice (23:14) at the bottom of the big hill on the first lap, but did not lap Rachel (32:44) and was not lapped by Thomas (overall winner in 18:13).

Gentle warm up before the parkrun.
2 PM

Cycling 1:31:28 [3]

Bearsden to Loch Ardinning via Khyber Pass (42:57) with Emma, then down into Strathblane and back up along Old Mugdock Road while Emma went for a short run (24:51), then back through Milngavie (24:30). Total time 91:28 on a slightly chilly day with occasional moments of sunshine.

CLYDE Terrain Run. Cochno Hill on a cool and damp evening with Dave, Thomas, Mirjam, Ty and Alice. Started up Dunellan but turned back due to cows. Surprisingly muddy underfoot.

At BSR2018 in Edinburgh unitl late afternoon, but back to Glasgow in time for Garscube intervals at Garscube. Warm up (16:16), then 10 x (1 minute fast followed by 1 minute slow), then warm down (20.25). Session 58:23 on a damp evening.
