Up at 6:30 am and cycling (without gloves!) by 7:00 am on a cold and intermittently mistly morning from Middleton to Bakewell via Matlock, fell off, got slightly lost, asked the way, but still got to Hessop Station in time for a quick coffee before ...

... Bakewell parkun #36 in 22:33. Out and back along the Monsal trial (an old railway line) as the sun made a welcome appearance. Presumably there was a slight uphill on the "out" as it took 11:47 whereas the "back" only took 10:46. Followed by a "parkrun special" breakfast and then ...

... gentle cycle from Hessop Station to Chatsworth for the JIRC Individual.

Brisk cycle through the west of Glasgow to collect the minibus for the weekend trip down to England.

CLYDE Terrain Run. Usual Whangie loop at steady pace with Alice, Iain and Ceri (her first terrain run for two years!) on a chilly evening, with head torches definitely needed from the top of the hill in 51:04.

14 hour day at work, so no time to run.

Garscube intervals at the track. Late, so did the second interval as a warm up then 5 x 600 m in between 2:31 and 2:36. Short, sharp session on a wet and windy night.

Gentle amble along the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond on a sunny afternoon with Rachel and Alice.
