Pollok parkrun #481 in 23:53. Steady effort pushing all the way on a sunny morning, but lacking zip.

Road Race race 47:40 [5] 10.0 km (4:46 / km)
Helensburgh 10 K in 47:40. Felt well prepared on the sunny Thursday evening and started well (4.24 for first km) and steady effort to 5 K (22:54 for first 5 K) but, despite keeping trying, faded on the second half with 4:40 to 4.50 for the final few km and, really unexpectedly, a very slow 5:25 for the final km. A good workout, but a disappointing time.

Grascube interval session at St. Peter's track. Warm up (10:00), 4 x 1 km in between 4.14 and 4.26, warm down (3:00). Session 36:03. Sunny evening. Unexpectedly, both my knees felt fine.

Brisk cycle from Bearsden to Milngavie to Torrence to Lennoxtown to Strathblane to Mugdock to Milngavie and back to Bearsden on a sunny evening in 92:02. Some poor road conditions in a few places - maybe these will be fixed for the European Road Race Champs, which uses some of the same road in August?
