Kirkintilloch 12.5 km Road Race in 67:25. Solid run on a rolling course with 12 hills in 12.5 km on a cold Sunday morning with sunshine and clear blue skies. Knee better than expected.

Steady 20 minute run from town center / warm up (plus a 30 minute walk back again after the race).

Ruchill parkrun #39 at a steady jog on a damp morning in 28.02. Knee in fairly good shape.

Night Orienteering race 51:42 [5] 6.0 km (8:37 / km) +130m 7:46 / km

Scottish Night Championships, M50 (6.0 km, 130 m) in 51:42. Almost a clean run (a small miss at number 18 cost approximately 90 seconds) on a damp but relatively mild evening with wet conditions underfoot. Second M50 behind Ben S - at least it's a change from my traditional position of 2nd behind Dave R at this event! Great fun. It will be interesting to see how my knee reacts tomorrow ...

CLYDE Terrain Run, 356 Trig (anti-clockwise) with Alice on a cool and still evening with wet conditions underfoot in 56:31. Knee better than expected.
