Cycling 3:06:56 [3]

Steady family cycle through Milngavie to Torrence then Lennoxtown, Strathblane, Mugdock (for lunch) and home in 2:22:18 plus 44:38 = 3:06:56, with quite a few navigational blunders, some doubling back, and a bit of waiting around for the slower members of the group along the way. Very pleasant sunshine by the end. Only lost Emma twice.

Trail Race race 24:42 [5] 5.0 km (4:56 / km)

Drumchapel parkrun #61 in 24:42. Unsually for me, I felt good at the start and then pushed all the way for a new Drumchapel PB by 10 seconds. A good tough but enjoyable Saturday morning workout.

Jog in and out of the woods for the parkrun.

Terrain Run 57:04 [4]

CLYDE Terrain Run. Dunellan and Jaw Reservoir with Dave, Iain, Emma and Alice at steady pace starting with heavy legs but feeling better by the end. Picked up a record amount of rubbish, including various bottles and cans, a pair of shoes, and a rucksack!

Interval Session intervals 51:00 [5]

Relatively easy Garscube interval session at the track. Warm up (10 mins), then 1 x 1200 m in 5:12, 1 x 800 m in 3:29, 1 x 400 m in 1:34, then warm down (10 mins). Session 51:00.

Cycling 52:34 [4]

Still felt tired after a tough week, so rather than going running went for cycle ride up to Mugdock and back on a gloriously sunny evening instead.
