Royal Deeside 2017 Day 1, Glen Tanar, M50L (6.2 km, 230 m) in 71:26. Slow slog round a rough, tough and not very interesting area, with one bad miss at number 5.

Pleasant jog to the start along the river, arriving with only about 30 seconds before my start.

Steady round Perth parkrun #191 in 22:49 on my way worth to put out controls for Day 6 of the Scottish 6 Days.

Slow walk (with very occasional jog) putting out t-bars and and control flags of Glen Feardar. Only snapped one t-bar and only one of the beautiful new ladder stiles is in the wrong place ...

CLYDE Terrain Run. 356 Trig anticlockwise returning via the bunker at a brisk pace in the damp and drizzle with Dave, Iain, Thomas, Hollie, Mirjam and Ty.

Garscube intervals. Warm up (12:00) then 17 x 200 m with 200 m recovery in between 44 and 47 seconds each, then warm down (11:21). Session 71 minutes.
