Garscube interval session at the track. Slow warm up (16:00), then 10 x 400 m in 1:34, 1:33, 1:36, 1:36, 1.37, 1:23 (leading - tried far too hard!), 1:40 (knackered), 1:38, 1:37, 1:37, then warm down (10:00). Knee not 100%, but not any worse. Session approximately 57:00.
