Orienteering race 52:28 [5] 4.5 km (11:40 / km) +150m 10:00 / km

British Middle, Leith Hill, M50 (4.5 km, 150 m) in 52:28. Excellent fast and clean run ruined by one huge blunder (approximately a 6:30 error!) due to not paying enough attention in the circle at 14 and being slow to relocate accurately. Got it properly the second time. Still 11/62, but should have been 6th or better. Almost ...

Orienteering race 17:29 [5] 3.3 km (5:18 / km) +30m 5:04 / km

British Sprint Qualifier, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, 17.29 for 5/27. Clean run on a very easy area. Furious by widespread cheating at end of course by runners crossing narrow strips of olive green. Delighted to see so many disqualifications, and to make the A Final!

Orienteering race 20:43 [5] 3.3 km (6:17 / km) +75m 5:38 / km

British Sprint Final, A Final, 20.43 for 12/18. Didn't spot that number 2 was on the lower level until I got there (which only cost a few seconds), but lost some time taking the longer route to get to it. Otherwise solid with no significant errors in wet and slippery conditions.
