Trail Race race 25:02 [5] 4.92 km (5:05 / km) +21m 4:59 / km

Didn't fancy Cumbernauld Park, so went instead to the second Strathearn Winter Trail Race near Perth. Interesting mixture of tracks, paths, woodland and fields on a chilly day with ice and snow underfoot. 4.92 km with 21 m climb according to my Garmin. Excellent workout!

Springburn parkrun #86. Steady effort on a cold and icy morning with a couple of diversions onto the grass to avoid ice on the path. Heavy legs but kept going.

Very pleasant pre-breakfast jog from Ross Priory with Phil and Tony, with some great views of snow on Ben Lomond on the way back.

Terrain Run 53:25 [4]
(injured)

CLYDE Terrain Run. Jaw Reservoir (anticlockwise) with Ty S on a cold and clear evening with a dusting of snow underfoot. Knee a bit iffy.

In the dark beside Loch Lomond. Carelessly forgot my torch, so reduced to doing laps of the tiny stretch of lit track until I got bored.

Interval Session intervals 1:05:10 [5]

Garscube interval session, Anniesland. To Anniesland in 15:44, then 2 x 3 km (actually more like 2.7 km) in 12:58 and 13:13, then back to Garscube in 20:03. Hard work, especially the second interval. Session 65:10.
