Terrain Run 1:40:30 [4]

Persuaded by Emma to miss the 5 K Garscube Santa Run in favour of 100 minutes tough terrain run over frosty terrain with patches of ice in places from Queen's View to the far side of the 356 Trig. Tough workout, with Emma stronger all the way. Toes got very cold due to the frosty grass. The temperature never got significantly above freezing, and it was distinctly chilly out of the sun.

Ashfield to Sheriffmuir Monument and back on a damp Saturday morning with Ben and Jon (who did an extra loop in the woods on the way back), Emma and Claire. Good workout, with the climb up the muddy stubble field the hardest effort. Out 38:32, back 32:26, total time 70:57.
