Urban Orienteering race 43:17 [3] 5.8 km (7:28 / km) +85m 6:57 / km
(sick)

Jet-lagged jog round STAG SOUL 9 at Cumbernauld (Vet Men, 5.8 km, 85 m) in 43.17 on a lovely sunny Sunday lunchtime. Was planning to retire after the first half, but when I realised that the entire course was only 5.8 km I decided to carry on to the end.

Road Run 4:54 [3] 1.0 km (4:54 / km)

10 laps of the smallest and strangest indoor track (running round the balcony of a gym hall) I've ever run on. Started to get dizzy, so ...

Treadmill 20:00 [4] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

... reasonably serious effort on treadmill watching truly awful Canadian breakfast TV, then ...

Road Run 4:36 [3] 1.0 km (4:36 / km)

... revisited the track.

Hill Walk 2:00:00 [2] 4.3 km (27:54 / km) +300m 20:41 / km

Very gentle walk up and down Tunnel Mountain (which doesn't have a tunnel!) from the Banff Centre.

Swimming 28:05 [4]

Still jet-lagged so went for a brisk early morning swim in an otherwise empty pool. Managed 30 lengths before the tedium got too much for me.

Road Run 45:08 [4]

Ridiculously scenic out (20.47) and back (24.21) run along the Bow River Trail in Banff after a long conference day. Good to be out, but surprisingly stiff after all that walking yesterday.
