VHI Relay 2015, Llynnoedd Teifi, Wales, 3.1 km "M" leg for "WMW" team in 26.51. Fast, clean run - felt much quicker and smoother than yesterday. Couldn't have done any better other than run faster.

SCO won both relays and were only just behind ENG overall.

Overall Combined Result: ENG 254, SCO 223, CYM 149, IRL 109

Steady run on a fast, open area with some technical aspects, with a poor route to 1 and a small miss at 7 but otherwise pretty clean. 7/8 VHI runners. Ridiculously fast winning time by Nick Barrable of 55.02!

Terrain Run 50:53 [4]

CLYDE Terrain Run, Cochno Hill (anticlockwise), returning via the vague path across the side of the hill. Slow plod, with Dave, Lindsay, Mirjam and Ty well ahead in the distance. Felt better at the end than at the beginning. Dark by half way.
