Got a lucky window in the weather to do a clockwise loop of "Clunie Path" from Pitlochry Festival Theatre with Rachel. Wet underfoot with snow from about half way up, but glorious views with sunshine and clear blue skies at the top - fantastic! Right knee slightly niggly on the descent - not so fantastic!

Victoria parkrun #65 in 22:05. Steady effort on a chilly morning. Slight disappointed to just miss 22 minutes on my first run at Victoria Park this year.

Warm up and down before and after the parkrun.

Two hour walk from Killiecrankie to Garry Bridge and back along the river with Rachel in the rain.

CLYDE Terrain Run. Cochno Hill anti-clockwise with Dave, Lindsay, Thomas, Emma, Ty and Adelka on a chilly evening. Brisk pace. Some snow/hail on the descent.

Wednesday Feb 25, 2015 #

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [5]

Gascube Strength and Conditioning Session. Repeat of last week's session. The triceps dips and the plank seemed particularly tough this week. 60 minutes including warm up and warm down.

Tuesday Feb 24, 2015 #

Interval Session 52:36 [5]

Garscube Harriers interval session at the Science Park on a cold evening. 13 x 300 m all between 1:19 and 1:25 with mode 1:22. Good solid session. With proper warm up and warm down jogs, the session was a substantial 52:36.

Monday Feb 23, 2015 #

Exercise Bike 50:00 [5] 23.7 km (2:07 / km)

50 minutes (23.7 km, 1,210 calories) on the "easy-hard" programme on the exercise bike while watching an old Time Team.
