Back to Drumpellier Country Park for a third race in 24 hours, namely the fourth and final STAG 60 Minute Score event. Much easier to spot the flags in the daytime, so a clean run round all the controls in 50:39. Drumpellier at its best (i.e. before the vegetation starts to make an appearance). Double digit temperatures and bright sunshine gave everything a Spring-like feel. Now my favourite STAG area.
Urban Orienteering race 16:15 [5] 2.1 km (7:44 / km) +40m7:04 / km
Scottish Sprint Championships at Erskine, M/W40+ course (2.1 km, 40 m) in 16:15. Pretty good run with only a couple of micro-wobbles on a fiddly but not super technical area. Good course with no sneaky "traps".

Orienteering race 59:07 [5] 7.2 km (8:13 / km) +70m7:50 / km
Scottish Night Championships at Drumpellier Country Park, M50L course (7.2 km, 70 m) in 59:07 on a pleasantly mild evening. Reasonable run with just a few of the wobbles in the circle to be expected in the dark. Patrick in a different league (48), but Ben (55) and Dave (56) weren't too far ahead.
CLYDE Terrain Run clockwise round the Whangie with Dave, Lindsay, Thomas, Emma and Iain on a cool and still evening. Really hard to see in very "flat" light from a small headtorch.
Another 5 hours driving, then Garscube Interval Session at Anniesland. 4 x 1 mile in 6:46, 7:28, 7:31 and 7:32. Dropped back from first to second half of middle group after second interval. Third and fourth intervals steady. Total session 46:01.
