Orienteering race 1:02:37 [3]
(sick)

STAG Score #3, Palacerigg Country Park, 60 minutes score. A cold-and-crisp-with-a-clear-blue-sky "Chicago" day, but couldn't manage more than an unenthusiastic jog round the western half of the area. Still managed to get back late!

Note
(sick)

Most parkruns cancelled due to the snow. Felt pretty rough. Slept quite a bit. Didn't feel up to a run or even the exercise bike.

Note
(rest day)

Significant snow at 5pm. Eventually crawled home at 10 pm at 20 mph on ridiculously slippery roads with lots of abandoned cars at Canniesburn Toll.

Terrain Run 1:00:00 [4]

CLYDE terrain run on a chilly and damp evening with muddy conditions underfoot in places, but surprisingly not actually raining or too windy after a rotten day. Milngavie to Baljaffray and Windy Hill Golf Course to do a 3 km orienteering course kindly planned by Dave.

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [5]

Garscube Strength and Conditioning. Three circuits plus warm up and down in 60 minutes.

Road Run 47:58 [4]

With snow in the morning and snow forcast for the early evening, I couldn't resist the temptation of sunshine and clear blue sky to go for a brisk lunchtime run round the Bearsden to Milngavie to Canniesburn Toll loop. Mostly wet and slushy rather than slippy underfoot, although there was a brief hail shower half way round. Good workout pushing all the way.

Exercise Bike 50:00 [4] 22.4 km (2:14 / km)

50 minutes (22.4 km, 1,220 calories) on exercise bike.
