Trail Race race 24:52 [5] 5.0 km (4:58 / km)
Drumchapel parkrun #45 in 24:52. Up at 4:30 to take Alice to the airport, then back to bed for an hour or so before heading out to the parkrun. Expecting a low key run after a tough week, but it turned out to be a Garscube Summer Series event with an extra 20+ Garscube runners. Overtaken by lots of Garscube women, but pleased and surprised to knock exactly a minute off by Drunchapel PB. Where did that come from?
