Tailwalker for Mt Ainslie parkrun this morning. Was very tired so happy to dawdle along and collect cones. Was a good stretch for feet wearing my gloves on the trail. Wore a dress because ... why not?

... very slow walk to glebe park to protest climate change inaction with the school students. A huge turnout, so many friends there and so many students I knew. Heartwarming

Some harder upper body stuff and balancings added. Remembered squats too. Feeling strong. Backbend - got weight of head off ground again
