Running felt good today! I mean I could feel that grumbling L hammie but at about 0.5 out of 10. Running with Po was great - we are a good matching speed and she didn't complain about my many short walk breaks to change gait for my back. Ran more than I would have on my own. I nice loop from upper scriv around whole of oconnor ridge with a bit of overlap. Dam is surprisingly full of water and one frog was calling. Perhaps this is day one of my running build up, here's hoping!

Dance/physical theatre (tree climbing) 5:00 [3]

Spent an hour in the big tree with up to 5 people. Climbing up and down is good for spaghetti arms. A very pleasant morning at slyfox. We need to train staff to hand up coffees and pancakes next time, and perhaps construct a little shelf in the tree

Note

am kind of better, managed to eat normal day of food yesterday. Had a few hours of feeling lively, then crashed again and skipped swing dance class. Slept for a very long time last night so maybe will try a bit of a jog tomorrow.
Had Unexplained abdominal pain since sunday night for next 3 days, especially with walking or turning over in bed, staying still ok. Didn't look like gastro, or uti, had bloods which show problem but not specific. Don't have to get ultrasound if I get better. Trying to get better to avoid yet another medical place and wait and queue... Because I didn't eat for nearly 3 days my ribs are now sticking out.
