Strength Stability Suppleness 1:00:00 [1]

totally stuffed from very thorough detailed cleaning of the flat for visitors. Too hot in there, disappointingly poor design for a recent building. The verandah is so hot you can't even walk on it, let alone stand still

Running (parkrun) 10:00 [3]
shoes: helios - black

Did a slow social Mt Ainslie parkrun with drills, walking, stretching along the way. I seized up a lot in R butt due to no attention to back exercises since family has been here. Great to catch up with Brad and Pete Lyon along the way. Nice morning after more heavy rain although it was hot and humid by the end. Brad did well with his recently sprained ankle.
Mt Ainslie gave me a First Timer! in the results so I realise I haven't done it officially before. With a total time of 40:53 I predict much PB action in future :)

Cycling 25:00 [2]

After neglecting back for past week it wasn't surprising that I couldn't walk properly all day after parkrun. Good to note that running every day actually feels better, especially if I do bit of mat work and stretching first (which I usually do even if don't log).
Even cycling into civic for Laura's Not Surprising Party I felt a bit tight. But it helped. Then did a piano gig for the international improvisers at Smiths. It was a little bit too quiet there but some very interesting scenes and wonderful imaginary object work.

Walking 1:15:00 [2]
shoes: old blue trailrocs

Mt ainslie from WM along base to steep rocky near tanks. Up to top at a good pace considering my nephew was part of it. He's fit enough :) Some admiring of views then down the Peak Hour track with a dirt diversion. Great to get some exercise after spending much time with family being a bit slothful.
Have been doing my exercises but only short sessions and forget to log

Cycling 10:00 [3]

short sprint around neighbourhood which felt so good in balmy evening air. Then cooked a fine meal that got the thumbs up from my Ot, and that's no mean feat :)

Swimming 20:00 [1]

Kambah pool with the relos. So divine. I love river swimming

Walking 45:00 [2]

A hike up stream in the cool shade of early evening. Red Rocks Gorge provided great views and a good drone launching pad for Ot

Note

Feeling just a little bit sick last few days. Look forward to getting back to more than just gardening
