Back not good, legs affected too much so just a walk up to circum trail then down to pump house for a cup of hot tea with Ric. Nice to be out with company, especially company who also favours open keens shoes for a stroll. Seems a bit too warm already.

Note

massage with Wayne Corlis where he observed "it's interesting because with other people I have to work quite hard to find the muscles affected by sciatica... it's usually small muscles. With you it's all the big ones, glutes, hamstrings and calves". Suddenly I realise it's sciatica, and all my leg problems are a result of my old friend the Chronic Lumbar Spine damage. So I know what to do and am not worried. Well not as worried.
