to rehearsal wearing my purple and black converse sneakers unlaced. Didn't feel great on legs should have worn proper shoes or left earlier so I could walk. Gratefully accepted a lift home.
Walked and jogged to crumns, to frog pond on ridge which was full and with good chorus by 2 species, to crumn's for tea, ran to shops, ran and walked home. Good vid sesh with Ym this afternoon, feeling better this week.
Great class. Flowing between mountain and moon is very good to stretch hip flexors and back, rowing always good, and bicycle circles for hammies. Don't forget aeroplane balance but with arms by sides (was wobbly today)
