road gloves run intervals on oval. The usual drills and some speed and recovering. Feet feel very worked now so good I didn't do more in these shoes. Full moon was gorgeous!

Best Lightbulb show ever tonight, so playful with the audience - who laughed the whole way through the show then tried to book us for a tour. Music impro is the best fun and I did enjoy singing in character very much. Happy night followed by a total chip binge at PJs. Hot chips really are disgusting these days.
