With Imo and Dusty on Ridge. Kisses from Dusty in the car again - she does love her ridge runs. Walked for about 10 mins to warm up then kept up a fairly steady run for rest of it. Enjoyed the tracks at the far end and made a nice route today. Managed a few quick minutes of back exercises before I left and back/ham was pretty good until nearly the end. Not a bad run.
