6 x 30 seconds with 30secs rests on red hill with Flan. Decided on a change from long hills where I have to walk most of it. Short ints meant I could run up hill. Needed 2 lots of Tardis to fit the 6 reps and another for the warm up walk with flan. Balloon extravaganza remained grounded by thick fog. We didn't see any such and were dripped on by the foggy wet trees half way up the hill every time.
Had a most enjoyable run along the flattish single track to the left, did knee lift and butt kick drills and one acceleration. Nice to finish my run with this while flan does an extra few reps. Home for breakfast because I have a big day with Sloanie's farewell to ABC party and Fil's Sketch comedy Collaboration Club to go to.
