Lots of postures that were perfect for me this morning - Hammy warm ups, one leg cycles, twist with legs crossed and bent, snake, half locust (legs raise), half boat (hold ankles), aeroplane, eagle, triangle (side of waist is tight), cow face (which is where join hands behind shoulder blades, one arm up one down.).
