stunning skies on evening suburban walk, eventually to pick up supplies in Dickson where I lined up for the human checkout operator; a lovely conversation was had.

Lazy walk with Ym on new lakeview trail on blackie. Tiger, Leopard and white orchids and a thermos of tea.
Recovering... some tired patches in arvo, hoping I can get through tonight's show ok.

Lots of postures that were perfect for me this morning - Hammy warm ups, one leg cycles, twist with legs crossed and bent, snake, half locust (legs raise), half boat (hold ankles), aeroplane, eagle, triangle (side of waist is tight), cow face (which is where join hands behind shoulder blades, one arm up one down.).
