My Cape Grim pants are a bit tight, but I can still button them up and they are ok to stand up in.

Back and forth and back and forth to tech run and performances of Short and Sweet. There was an incident on the bike track; I was nearly taken out by a dog and it's leashless, clueless owners. Calling your dog so that it crosses the track just when I am trying pass through was a bad idea, but mistakes happen. What annoyed me is that you didn't call out sorry. Even an "oh shit" to match mine would have acknowledged the danger for me (and your enormous dog!). My "Shiiit!! was loud, scared and good.
In good news, I made the finals! I might be a slow runner but competitive theatre has gone rather well this weekend :)
Local run. 10 mins of walking warm up and cool down and 15 mins of running form intervals, never running more than a minute and trying to run well and not hurt. Nice day.
Joggling to get to rehearsal out at Macquarie. Caught a bus to belco and found a lovley path through flats from college st, then others into macquarie. Trip home was interrupted by a bus that was stuck sideways across barry drive blocking almost all the traffic. So our bus had to take quite a detour. Hope late and no time to eat after missing lunch meant I felt pretty ordinary by evening.
Felt really good today. Loved the rowing, gradations of cobra, eagle, warrior 1 and 2, and the T shaped one legged balance (not aeroplane) because it's so hard. Didn't cycle and didn't do a mt A afterwards.
Physical comedy. Core, flexibility, control and balance, all in the aid of rehearsing the new Impro troupe I have just become a part of. So exciting! Yeah ok it's hardly training, but it's better than sitting down and I could feel my abs after so I am (desperately) counting it.
