It's Improvention week. I will cycle there and back every day but there's not going to be much running. Main goal is not to overdo it and get sick.

Blackie with Imo. Ran on little blackie, did 3:30 of hill reps (about 5 I think) for a change. Fun, felt good for rest of day.
