Note

It was the 24 Hour, non stop, improvised Soap Opera; The Bold and the Hospitalised. I played some keys to support The Musical Episode where Ben and Lou's love song, which had been brewing for 10 hours of unrequitedness, was my favourite. Passionate looks, restrained words and the most lush and soppy piano part I could manage to a thrilling climax brought the audience to applaud mid-scene. Oh yeah!
For the rest of the episodes I did background music, pimping another song or two when I thought it ought to happen.

Yes so no exercise, forgot all about it. Except for loading and unloading a truck afterwards - hurray I now have functional and unbroken chairs for my house. Bonus!!

To ygo dinner, then to kirtan, then home. Didn't do ygo run to rest healing bits but glad I went to dinner, always good chatter and banter. Ric had News, I put my foot in it ( but not too badly) and Simon feels his life is one-dimentional (it isn't). No other females again.

Kirtan was great, very much needed it for crazy brain and it worked a treat. The person next to me was very complimentary after my song, said I sing like an angel - lucky no-one reads this at the moment.

Left achilles is healing very well. Won't be long before I go for an actual run.

Round LLake and bike tracks (but on the grass). Did a few short test runs on the undulating grass on far side of LL - felt pretty good.
Did calf raises.
