Fast walking around LLake and block until I met Fiona S and dog. Then we walked and chatted and admired her new chooks.

Timed it perfectly to get as wet as possible. What a crazy tropical wet season Canberra is having! OConnor ovals, Moorhouse, then it bucketed down so decided not to go to blackie, turned R into Westgarth, to Banksia Wetland. Rain then eased off so turned up bike path to Ridge, ate blackberries for a while, up bike track then ST to top of OConnor ridge, down clianthus to home.
Achilles was fine, then suddenly tender at 57mins. Tried to walk home gently for last 10 min.
