Running 25:00 [3]

On ridge from Ben's. Was going to go much earlier but distracted by mulberry muffins and company. Way too hot!
7 mins walk warm up (below) to mtb tracks on east side of bruce ridge, 25 minutes of running with a few walk breaks after which I felt cooked. I walked home for another 7 mins.

Crossed paths with another runner who said "Morning!". I called "Morning!" back then we both quickly corrected with "Good afternoon!". Aha, she was late this morning too. The frothy dripping acacia dripped on me again. Looks disgusting but doesn't smell so perhaps is just sap. Enjoyed the trails: Just in Time, Box gum margin, Health trail (very nice).

Running 22:30 [3]
weight:61kg

On circum track. Slow run for 6:30, drills for 3:30, run harder for 6:00, rest. Ran down for 6:30. Very tired today, it's been a huge weekend of performances, filming and rehearsals and I'm a bit drained. Hoping the run will give me a good sleep.

Had an odd encounter with another runner. He seemed to know me (and I'm usually friendly to anyone that says hello) so I chatted for a bit, then figured out that it was more a case of he wanted to know me (and had been stood up by his female exercise partner to be). Yikes, ran away!
