Mt Majura with Flan and eric and erica. Engaged in an endless repeat comedy skit involving a hat and "Goodbye" on the way down... two year olds!

All exercise is good. Dinner at Flan's good also.

Running (You've Got Options) 37:00 [3]

Thank goodness for the friday night social run, if it wasn't for this I might stop running altogether. Drove to substation, walked to top taking it easier than usual (about 13:45) and waited for the others to appear. After a drink we descended to circum junction via concrete path which is nicer bc there is a bit of flat running before the steep down.

A lap of circum in 14:10 (not pausing watch for short re-group at road crossing). Felt good. Jogged back to car chatting. Very fast shower and not enuf food then off to Crescendo to watch show. It's the first time I've sat in the audience instead of on stage. Very entertaining format and I'm looking forward to final performance Sat night. By interval I was starving so very relieved that there were toasted sandwiches on offer.
