Show was utterly satisfying, feeling very lucky.

Walk from home to top of the ridge. Great to get out in middle of the day. Spontaneously decided to do some hill reps powerwalking up the last steep part.
37 (shorter) then 50, 46, 46, 44, 42 ran a bit for last few.

Cycled to Black mtn to relieve a black mood caused by not enough Black mtn. I might be busy and distracted but I need to remind myself that I get grumpy without exercise. Parked near upper gate.
Walked with purpose to circum junction 9:15, jogged down in 5:45.
Up from steps to junction again in 8:03 pushing a bit. Had a bit of a rest then did a run lap of circum with a lie down and core exercises on the pretty bridge (paused the watch). My sacrum was hurting faintly. Lap in 15:15.

Down to bike. On way I passed a friendly woman who commented on the lovely cool storm rolling in and then on my abs :-o
