http://www.strava.com/activities/186298856A high achievement day. Got a top 10 strava trophy for our run up East Little Black Mountain (4:14), reached actually 60.0kg with no rounding down, and assembled a bed with shelves and drawers first time with allen key and phillips head, and located a lost cat for a neighbour. Also the person I am coaching in anatomy passed her exam (she was the only one from her group that passed enough to be allowed to go on to the next exam). I'm very pleased and proud. It has been a Great Day.
Today felt a bit tough after more than usual in past few days, yet afterwards I felt especially good, more proud of myself perhaps? Anyway, the heavy tiredness seems to be gone (yay). Parked at substation, walked behind subst. to second spur up. Did some warm up drills then ready-set-go and start the timer to go all the way to top of LBM with no walking or talking. And that's how Imo and I got 7th on the strava leaderboard (time = 4:14).
Followed this with easy running down LBM, Callitris FT, turned R onto single track, L onto Old weet rd, underpass, short lap of frost hollow and returned almost the same way, then around south side of LBM on FT, down usual spur to substation. Imo did a bit extra and I was encouraging. Really nice route.
