Abdominal pain. Hurts to walk (a bit). Played piano at The Street Theatre wed night (adrenaline is a great help) but feel a bit shabby still.

Cycle to yoga.

First class of term at Campbell. I feel pretty supple considering how little conditioning I've been doing. I'm a bit tired so it was good to do so much lying down.

I was very, very close to riding to blackie for the run-up afterwards but the combination of fatigue (and the rain) meant that it was better to snuggle up to the heater.

Running intervals (Bilbys) 20:00 [4]

Bilbys 20 min of laps: 3 sides of larger oval at fast pace, then recover on one of the long sides (part jog, part walk). Quite a good crowd in spite of misty rain and darkness. I wouldn't have been surprised if it was cancelled. I felt a bit slow and my legs hurt by the end, but I've actually moved up in the group. Had the new experience of lapping someone!
My fastest 3 sides time was 1:23. Possibly it was 350m someone said. Or maybe 400m.
