Bilbys 20 min of laps: 3 sides of larger oval at fast pace, then recover on one of the long sides (part jog, part walk). Quite a good crowd in spite of misty rain and darkness. I wouldn't have been surprised if it was cancelled. I felt a bit slow and my legs hurt by the end, but I've actually moved up in the group. Had the new experience of lapping someone!
My fastest 3 sides time was 1:23. Possibly it was 350m someone said. Or maybe 400m.
