Swimming 20:00 [2]

Swimming in the sea south of BB. Probably not much real swimming but a lot of leaping, ducking, running through the shallows and generally enjoying water. It was raining and the sea was surprisingly warm. There was a sea eagle circling above us.

Walking 45:00 [1]

Not really intense enough to call exercise but such a lovely night walk around the bay and rocky point, along sandy beaches and through bushland that I want to log it. Just John, Paul, Margy and I left for this one after the crowds went home. The rest of the evening was spent inside around the fire swapping stories and eating John-the-London-chef's cooking Mmmm.

Strength Stability Suppleness (yoga) 30:00 [1]

Nice to have company for a morning stretch session and nice to do it in the Pod House followed by a gourmet breakfast.

Running 47:00 [3] 5.3 km (8:52 / km)

Just for some variety, Imo and I had our thursday social Mt Ainslie run on Blackie instead (and on Friday)(and much later in morning). It was great to be somewhere different.

Fast walk up SE quarry track, down concrete accidentally running right past circumcision (I talk too much), running back up the hill to junction (as penance for inattention) and then a few seconds rest. Then we did a lap of circumcision running at a good pace. I could hardly keep up and blame the tail end of my cold. But I have to say Imo is looking great running these days so perhaps I'll be lagging behind from now on. Jogged down to car.

Top morning, sunny and not too cold. Feeling great afterwards especially since it's ages since I've done much running. My legs weren't too bad considering I did a 1000m climb only 2 days ago - I'd better log that one.

(sick)

Corin dam, up Stockyard Spur to Pryors Hut, then top of Gingera with John C. Fantastic day of emphatically wintery weather (at last). Spent most of walk in cloud or misty rain, dense cloud on top of Gingera so we couldn't see further than next boulder. Legs a bit sore on final steep descent to car. Can't wait to do this again (in clear weather).

Strength Stability Suppleness (yoga class) 1:30:00 [1]
(sick)

Boats - intense back bends where you hold your shins and balance on pelvis. I *think* they were good. Flying locusts were new and good. I think I disturbed the class with my blocked nose; doing the snuffiluficus for every move, and a scattering of discreet coughing into front of clothing. ok cold, I'm bored now. Really wanted to go to Bilbys but I had better wait. A thunderstorm may make the decision easier.

Cycling 30:00 [2]

Cycling to yoga and back. So lovely to be out and about.
