Running 7:00 [2]

Walking 33:00 [1]

40 min session on local bike tracks and grass, mostly walking with 7 mins of running in one minute intervals. That was enough.

Walking 30:00 [1]

Walk-run from MacArthur roundabout on CCT around LBM. Ok for first 20mins doing 2 mins of running/1 min walks, then felt very fatigued so took it easy until end with 1 min runs and longer rests. Was very pleased to be recovered enough to do this. Another strange symptom is that I have a collection of aches and pains from hips to feet - this is very different from usual. My achilles are especially sore - strange.

Note
(sick)

It hit at 2pm, marked muscle weakness (arms and legs). Oh well.

Walking (Ainslie Run-up) 27:10 [2] 2.2 km (12:21 / km) +224m 8:11 / km

After a brief treatment with an Allied Health Professional* with gorgeous eyes, I walked slowly up the Run-up route about 15mins ahead of the start time. It was easier to be slow without the pack and I felt less self conscious about maximising my vit D surface area. Felt ok for about 2/3 then a bit nauseous for the last 1/3. Ok afterwards and I loved watching everyone finish. Had a nice chat to SwissMiss (Allied Health Professional with gorgeous legs) then walked down with Vanessa and Erica, and newbie Sarah. Vanessa and I both did a PW, but hers still won her the women's race; what a Legend!! JulieQ (2nd) said she tried to catch Vanessa.

Fingers crossed that I don't regret this tomorrow.
*Pet As Therapy Llama, grazing near the carpark and socialising with passing humans. He liked me apparently (kissed me twice).

Running 15:00 [2]

A short run-walk along bike tracks from home, taking it very easily. Might be doing too much. Hard to tell because I had a great weekend and enjoyed being out immensely. Felt great sunday night then today I seem to have taken a step backwards again. The delayed reaction is difficult to deal with (muscle weakness hit at 11.30am).
