Down to local ovals after some core and back stretching. Spine nerves affected all the way down to R heel at the moment, pain areas are glute and hammy on R side only. Did lots of drills around pond, where some idiot has introduced duckweed so that the water is entirely covered. That's certain to kill most things, except mosquitoes. Back to ovals for 5 times one minute of med pace running, trying to move well. Wasn't worse afterwards.
Went to slyfox and climbed tree again - cross training? Good for my arm strength! I'm just glad I can get off the ground.
Picked a huge bag of wild plums and rode home.
