I don't think I've EVER felt so good in a yoga class, my body was sing, sing, singing. After no practice at all for more than a month - well maybe a few back stability things here and there and a downward dog - I felt fluid, flexible, strong, no trouble with a deep crossed legged position (no cushions), and great balance (i could do tree with arms open and looking up at ceiling). Delights of class were matched by beauty of the spring day with all the gardens of ainslie and campbell looking lush and shining.
The best part was SLOW downward dog to cat to dog, aaaaahhhhh!
