Warm up was 1.6k easy jogging, then 1.6k of sprinting down the straights and easy around the curves. We also did some squat jumps and lunges up these stairs about 8 times before getting to the set. The set was 5x 3 times 400m (6k altogether) building each lap. I went a little slower than usual, my fastest per lap: 1.50, 1.42, 1.31 (which is around 4:29/km pace). Felt absolutely DEAD by the end of it D: but really good to see some familiar faces :)
