Hill work -> the loop was 200m but the bit with the climb was roughly 140m with 15m climb. 10 sets with a 1min rest at the 5 set mark

Because of the easy past two days, I was so pumped for my run today... took it pretty steady though and didn't feel any pain in the my leg *phew*

I was feeling pretty tired and unmotivated since Monday morning and although I hated to give up my trusty Track night, swimming laps was definitely for a good decision -> feeling much more relaxed now :))
