Felt pretty sluggish the entire course but enjoyed the race - a mixture of parkland and woodland

Hills - much tougher than usual bc it was up trails and super steep, 2x4x15sec, then 2x4x60sec, for the first 4, chose a much too steep trail s so switched it up for the next 4 to get more of an undulating hill
