5x short, 5x long - felt so pooped from coaching all day and felt like spewin several times (didn't luckily) but somehow was making better average times than last week (even tho I felt better last week)... strange
45min hard around lane cove with Paula. felt much stronger but somehow more fatigued at the end (idk how that works). We managed to get 1.5min quicker than last time but definitely think I can push it better next time. Then we jogged the remaining bit home.
Orienteering47:13 [3] 4.7 km (10:03 / km) +200m8:17 / km
Lake Samsonvale: set like a long course with some open running. Didn't really stretch out running-wise bc of nongrippy shoes (unsurprisingly). Caroline absolutely smashed me by 8-9min - but I only lost a couple of min to mistakes so think this was an indicator of how much training I gotta do still!
Hard run around Lane Cove, to practice running through the paiiin. Stopped at 45 at a specific marker point, so in the next few weeks/months, I can see how I'm measuring up.
